Return and Exchange Policy – 101 Goods
At 101 Goods, we strive to provide high-quality products and a convenient shopping experience for our customers. If you wish to return or exchange a product, the following terms and conditions apply:

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition, has not been used, and has not been otherwise utilized.

3. Exchanges
Customers may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the same conditions outlined in the Return Eligibility section above.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, customers may choose to receive a refund in accordance with this policy.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If a customer receives a product that is:

Damaged or broken.

Clearly defective.

Different from the product originally ordered.

Please contact us and provide your order number along with clear photos showing the product and the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

101 Goods will cover the shipping costs associated with damaged or incorrect products when the store is confirmed to be responsible.
5. Non-Returnable Products
Subject to consumer rights under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products that have been used or otherwise utilized.

Products damaged due to improper use or storage by the customer.

Products that have been modified, customized, or manufactured according to a customer's specific request.

Products that are no longer in their original condition due to the customer's actions after delivery.

These exclusions do not affect the customer's legal rights if the product is defective or does not match the original order, in accordance with applicable regulations.
6. Shipping Costs
If a customer requests a return due to a change of mind, without any defect or error in the order, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the return or exchange is due to a defective product or an incorrect item being delivered, 101 Goods will cover the associated shipping costs once the issue has been verified.
7. Refunds
Once the returned product has been received, inspected, and approved for a refund, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method whenever possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.
8. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
Customers may request to cancel an order before the shipping process begins.

Once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider, any cancellation or return request will be subject to the terms outlined in this policy.
9. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Customer's name.

10. General Terms
